Satisfying Family Stay

I stayed in a family room. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Breakfast had many options and tasted good. My kids especially liked the pools and the water park. I also took advantage of the amazing massage at the spa.
The hotel is located away from the beach, it is a short walk.

bottled waterlittle antsdated room
The two pools were acceptable, i suppose. they have bottled water. That was a plus.
The little ants are everywhere in the room. I wasn't expecting that. the place feels pretty dated and could use some serious updates. also, the noise from the street at night kept me up. Loud bass and motorcycles, ugh.

thin wallsuncomfortable pillow
The room felt a bit outdated. The walls seemed thin! i could hear noise from other guests late at night. I was hoping for a more peaceful stay. some guests weren't considerate, touching food with their hands at breakfast and then putting it back. the pillows in the room weren't very comfortable, and i ended up sleeping without one.

The hotel featured two pools, one was quieter. Staff provided bottled water daily, WHICH i REALLY appreciated. The kids enjoyed the two water slides (i watched them).

i loved the buffet breakfast. it was freshly cooked. the staff were also very friendly and helpful. the location was also great with slides near the pools. i had an awesome stay with my children
the walls were very grimy and the bathroom was not up to standard. after a long journey, we just didn't have the energy to move rooms another time. we had hoped to move to get rid of the smell
